Als Regulatory Management Consultant bei Rolfes.Schierenbeck & Ates GmbH unterstützt du unsere Kunden bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Strategien im regulatorischen Umfeld. Du bist die Ansprechperson für alle Fragen rund um unser Regulatory-Management-Angebot.

Deine Aufgaben
  • Analysiere die Auswirkungen neuer Regelungen auf CET1-Ratio und Liquiditätskennzahlen.
  • Hilf unseren Kunden bei Stresstests und aufsichtlichen Übungen wie Basel Monitoring.
  • Entwickle Roadmaps und Implementierungsstrategien für komplexe neue Vorschriften wie CRR III und Risk Data Aggregation and Reporting.
  • Präsentiere deine Ergebnisse und deren Implikationen unseren (internationalen) Kunden aus der Finanzbranche.
  • Managst die Schnittstelle zu Aufsichtsbehörden und unterstützt bei der Identifizierung potenzieller aufsichtlicher Schwerpunktthemen.
  • Bereitest unsere Kunden gezielt auf On-Site Inspections vor.
  • Erarbeitest innovative Lösungsansätze im Team und verfasst Artikel und Studien.
  • Entwickelst Standards für Zukunftsthemen, insbesondere ESG-Anforderungen, und erarbeitest Compliancestrategien.
Deine Qualifikationen
  • Erfolgreicher Hochschulabschluss in Wirtschaftswissenschaften (z.B. BWL, VWL, Business Administration) oder Naturwissenschaften (z.B. Mathematik, Physik).
  • Erste Erfahrungen mit regulatorischen Anforderungen von Finanzdienstleistern durch ein Praktikum, im Consulting, in der Finanz- und Versicherungsbranche oder durch eine Ausbildung/ein duales Studium im Banken- und Versicherungsbereich.
  • Freude an der Lösung komplexer Problemstellungen sowie analytische und kommunikative Fähigkeiten.
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
