Regulatory Reporting Specialist

Union Asset Management Holding AG is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our growing Finance department as a Regulatory Reporting Specialist.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring compliance with national regulatory requirements for both individual and group reporting levels. You will work closely with the team to optimize existing processes and systems, embracing digitalization, automation, and artificial intelligence.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Prepare comprehensive reports for national regulatory authorities and a federally supervised credit institution.
  • Collaborate on enhancing our system landscape, focusing on digitalization, automation, and AI integration.
  • Analyze and assess changes in regulatory reporting requirements, implementing necessary adjustments.

Your Profile:

  • You hold a completed degree in economics or law, or possess relevant training as an investment fund or bank clerk.
  • Prior experience in Regulatory Reporting is highly advantageous.
  • You demonstrate strong IT skills and a genuine interest in emerging technologies.
  • Familiarity with Abacus360 Banking and SAP FI is beneficial.
  • You are a self-starter, capable of working independently and effectively within a team environment.
