Job Description:

The Role:

  • Develop and implement project plans with external suppliers and internal stakeholders, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of hardware solutions.
  • Request and compare quotations from suppliers, track project status, and escalate any deviations from the schedule.
  • Provide technical support and consultation to project teams, driving hardware design in line with project plans and test requirements.
  • Identify, evaluate, and solve technical issues for all ATE hardware solutions, escalating as necessary.
  • Address quality issues with suppliers, request and verify corrective action requests, and generate and track supplier key performance indicators.
  • Ensure project documentation is available and drive documentation changes, promoting continuous improvement with established suppliers and evaluating alternative suppliers.
Your Profile:

  • Engineering degree in Electronics or equivalent education.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in designing complex multi-layer PCBs and project management.
  • Familiarity with state-of-the-art PCB design, manufacturing processes, and assembly technology.
  • Experience working with international and cross-functional teams, with efficient team player skills, self-motivation, and good communication skills in English.
  • Organizational skills and experience with outsourcing development.
  • Experience with PCB Design Suite Cadence Allegro is beneficial.
  • Programming skills in Python or TCL/TK script are beneficial.
