About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Project Employee/System Administrator to join our team at PROBAT SE in Emmerich am Rhein. As a key member of our Data Processing (AI) unit, you will be responsible for setting up and maintaining server and workstation systems, as well as providing technical support and maintenance for our IT infrastructure.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and maintain server and workstation systems, including related software and hardware
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues via phone, remote access, and on-site visits
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external service providers to develop and implement IT solutions and processes
  • Support the development and maintenance of IT projects within the Probat group of companies
  • Document and maintain accurate records of IT systems and processes

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training as an IT specialist or equivalent qualification in the IT environment
  • Proven experience in supporting IT system landscapes, including project implementation
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft products, including client and server operating systems, Office, Exchange, and Sharepoint
  • Excellent written and spoken English language skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach
  • Ability to work in a team environment and provide excellent customer service
  • Structured and methodical approach to work
