Supply Chain Project Manager

Productivity Manager Production

At KLK EMMERICH GmbH, we are seeking a highly skilled Productivity Manager Production to join our team at our Emmerich am Rhein site. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving productivity improvements across the board.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and execute plans, procedures, and projects to enhance productivity
  • Conduct in-depth analysis, including data collection, analysis, and synthesis, to provide key insights for improvement
  • Project manage to optimize processes and procedures
  • Apply lean and RCI methods to drive efficiency
  • Lead and support teams in implementing RCI projects
  • Train employees in RCI methods and tools
  • Report results and interim results to management
  • Conduct audits to ensure compliance with standards
Requirements:
  • Completed studies in Supply Chain (Master degree)
  • Project management basics
  • Interest in lean management and process optimization
  • Strong communication skills, moderation skills, and enjoyment of implementation-oriented project work
  • Good MS Office user skills as well as good German and English skills
  • Strong team player, reliable, solution-oriented, and well-structured way of working with a hands-on mentality
