About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join our ABOUT YOU CRM Team. As a Marketing Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our Email Experts in the creation of digital communication campaigns, email campaigns, and evaluations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the planning, implementation, and evaluation of new CRM campaigns, focusing on Email
  • Implement email campaigns, from segmentation to content selection, copywriting, and design
  • Develop reports and analyses for channel performance
  • Monitor and analyze campaigns based on common KPIs, derive recommendations for optimization, and implement improvements
  • Conduct and evaluate various A/B tests
  • Participate in meeting routines and concept meetings, as well as exchange with CRM stakeholders
  • Independently execute various projects in the CRM area

Requirements

  • Ongoing or completed studies in Business or Communication Science or comparable fields
  • Interest in fashion and the fashion industry, as well as a good sense of target-group-oriented customer communication
  • Creative flair and no fear of learning a bit of HTML
  • Excellent analytical skills and enjoyment of working with numbers
  • Quick understanding and structured work approach
  • Communication and organizational skills, team skills, and proactivity
  • Ideal: first practical experiences
  • Very good command of MS Office (especially Excel)
  • Very good German and English skills in writing and speaking
