Lightspeed is a leading restaurant platform that helps restaurants adapt, take control, and thrive. As a Field Account Executive, you will be part of a team that is transforming the way restaurants operate. Your role will involve prospecting, building relationships, and signing up new restaurateurs in your local area. You will use a consultative approach to understand their unique needs and develop a customized solution that helps their business grow.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Generating lists of prospective restaurants and managing the sales cycle from initial contact to close
  • Conducting demos and developing solutions that meet the prospect's needs
  • Partnering with teams across the business to ensure expectations are met in delivery
  • Leveraging Salesforce to manage sales activities
  • Understanding the competitive landscape and positioning Lightspeed in the market

Requirements include:

  • Self-motivation, creativity, and flexibility
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • Strong communication, organizational, and presentation skills
  • Technical proficiency with software
  • Excellent communication and written skills in German and English
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM is a plus
