Field Account Executive

Lightspeed is a leading restaurant platform that helps restaurants adapt, take control, and thrive. As a Field Account Executive, you will be part of a team that is transforming the way restaurants operate. Your role will involve prospecting, building relationships, and signing up new restaurateurs in your local area. You will use a consultative approach to understand their unique needs and develop a customized solution that helps their business grow.
Key responsibilities include:
- Generating lists of prospective restaurants and managing the sales cycle from initial contact to close
- Conducting demos and developing solutions that meet the prospect's needs
- Partnering with teams across the business to ensure expectations are met in delivery
- Leveraging Salesforce to manage sales activities
- Understanding the competitive landscape and positioning Lightspeed in the market
Requirements include:
- Self-motivation, creativity, and flexibility
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Strong communication, organizational, and presentation skills
- Technical proficiency with software
- Excellent communication and written skills in German and English
- Experience with Salesforce CRM is a plus
