Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Department - Electrical Infrastructure to join our team at personalisten GmbH. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading a department with 29 employees, divided into three business units.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Department Leadership: Lead a team of 29 employees, providing guidance, support, and direction to ensure the successful execution of departmental goals and objectives.
  • Technical Process Optimization: Define and optimize technical processes related to medium/high voltage, wind park communication, and electrical work preparation to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Project Management: Ensure timely and cost-effective handling of technical projects, including personnel planning and decision-making for the department.
  • Interface with R&D: Collaborate with the Research and Development department to drive innovation and improve technical capabilities.
  • Reporting and Metrics: Develop and report technical metrics to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Education: Degree in Engineering or Business Administration, preferably in Electrical Engineering or related fields.
  • Experience: Several years of industry experience with project management responsibility, including experience in Change Management and organizational realignment.
  • Leadership Experience: Proven leadership experience, with a track record of success in leading high-performing teams.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English.
