Your Role: Site & Project Lead
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Site & Project Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project execution at various sites, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Your Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage cross-functional project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
- Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including scope definition, resource allocation, scheduling, and risk management.
- Monitor project progress closely, identifying potential issues and implementing corrective actions to ensure projects stay on track.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any concerns.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and company policies throughout the project lifecycle.
Your Profile:
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects in the energy sector.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
- Fluency in written and spoken English is required.
