Hearing Aid Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • You prioritize our customers, conducting thorough hearing assessments and providing personalized solutions in sales and consultation meetings
  • You excel in implementing our sales routines and ensure optimal processes in the store for a unique customer experience
  • You continuously assist customers with the care of their hearing aids, advise on accessories, and build long-term customer relationships
  • You utilize customer data to contact customers and organize local marketing activities
  • As a data administrator, you work meticulously to keep all customer information up to date
  • As part of store organization, you support in scheduling, maintain the calendar, and handle ordering and inventory management

Requirements:

  • You have successfully completed your training as a Hearing Aid Technician (m/f/d)
  • You always act with a customer-centric approach and enjoy consultation and sales
  • You possess strong communication, persuasion, and empathy skills
  • You find joy in teamwork and contribute to shared success
  • You are organized, highly flexible, and exhibit a sense of responsibility
