About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Hearing Specialist to join our team at United Hearing Group GmbH. As a Hearing Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting hearing tests and adjusting hearing aids directly at the customer's location. You will also provide personalized customer service, perform follow-up checks, and maintain accurate digital documentation of all procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct hearing tests and adjust hearing aids at customer locations
  • Provide expert customer service and support
  • Perform follow-up checks and fine-tune hearing aids as needed
  • Prepare and submit accurate documentation and invoices
  • Collaborate with the team and management to ensure seamless operations
Requirements:
  • Completed training as a Hearing Specialist or higher qualification
  • Valid driver's license
  • Passion for the profession and ability to work independently
  • Motivation and drive to succeed
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
