Senior Programmatic Manager

At Jellyfish, we're seeking a highly skilled Senior Programmatic Manager to join our team. As a key member of our advertising operations team, you'll play a crucial role in developing major client accounts and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Optimize campaign performance across programmatic platforms to refine tactics for our clients.
- Develop insights to inform client strategies and drive business growth.
- Partner with Business Development to develop strategies for prospective clients.
- Communicate effectively with clients through written, phone, and in-person communication.
- Collaborate across teams to create holistic advertiser solutions that span all areas of the digital spectrum.
- Interpret attribution modeling and 3rd party analytics data to inform business decisions.
- Engage in deal economics, media allocation, and advertiser investment decisions.
- Mentor and educate junior staff as the business expands.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in display and programmatic advertising in an agency environment.
- Knowledge of display advertising, specifically real-time bidding, ad networks, demand site platforms, attribution models, and associated technologies within the Google Marketing Platform.
- Experience with numerical detail and analysis.
- Advanced Excel skills, including Macros & SQL capabilities.
- Business writing skills and ability to produce high-quality documents.
- Demonstrate a structured way of working, with the ability to cope with competing demands.
- Strong interpersonal skills, specifically listening, consulting, and influencing.
- Ability to use data and market insights to inform decisions and develop business strategies.
