Senior Programmatic Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Programmatic Manager to join our team at Jellyfish. As a key member of our digital marketing agency, you will be responsible for developing and executing programmatic advertising strategies for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Optimize campaign performance across programmatic platforms to refine tactics for our clients.
- Develop insights to inform our client's strategies and drive business growth.
- Partner with Business Development to develop strategies for prospective clients and drive new business opportunities.
- Communicate effectively with clients through written, phone, and in-person communication.
- Collaborate across teams to create holistic advertiser solutions that span all areas of the digital spectrum.
- Interpret attribution modeling and 3rd party analytics data to inform decision-making.
- Engage in deal economics, media allocation, and advertiser investment decisions to drive business growth.
- Mentor and educate more junior staff as the business expands.
- 4+ years of experience in display and programmatic advertising in an agency environment.
- Knowledge of display advertising, specifically real-time bidding, ad networks, demand site platforms, attribution models, and associated technologies, specifically within the Google Marketing Platform.
- Experience with numerical detail and analysis, including advanced Excel skills and SQL capabilities.
- Business writing skills and ability to produce high-quality documents.
- Demonstrate a structured way of working, with the ability to cope with competing demands.
- Strong interpersonal skills, specifically listening, consulting, and influencing.
- Ability to use data and market insights to inform decisions and develop business strategies.
