Content Creator for eLearning and Technical Documentation

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and create high-quality content for our online training and help documentation, including script writing, translating, and learning content creation.
- Take complex technical content and simplify it for our users, creating clear and concise instructions and explanations.
- Support the design and administration of quiz content creation, practical exercises, and product and role-based certification exams.
- Optimize our online training and help environment by researching new features and tools and defining improvements for our process.
- Collaborate with developers, a technical ticketing system, and a knowledge repository to stay up-to-date with new developments and upcoming changes.
Requirements
- You are studying technical documentation, business, education, or a related field with experience in or interest in learning about technical documentation and learning content writing.
- You have good written communication skills in German and English.
- You have the ability to translate business and technical requirements into valuable and easily digestible training and support content.
- You show initiative and have great enthusiasm for new challenges and learning about our industry and software.
