Logistics Operations Manager (m/w/d) Auftragsabwicklung / Kundenbetreuung
  • Kundenorientierung: Gewährleistung der Zufriedenheit unserer Kunden durch einen reibungslosen Ablauf der Prozesse.
  • Ansprechpartner: Sie sind der zentrale Kontakt für unsere nationalen und internationalen Kunden im Bereich der Disposition.
  • Auftragsprüfung: Überprüfung der Aufträge hinsichtlich aller Lieferdetails und deren Umsetzbarkeit.
  • Auftragsmanagement: Erfassung, Bearbeitung und Steuerung der Kundenaufträge, einschließlich der Erstellung von Lieferplänen.
  • Bedarfsplanung: Erstellung von Bedarfsplänen für unsere Kunden und Prüfung der Vertragsentwicklung.
  • Lieferüberwachung: Abwicklung und Überwachung der Lieferpläne in SAP.
  • Terminkoordination: Koordination und Überwachung von Terminen in Abstimmung mit unseren Kunden.
  • Reklamationsmanagement: Unterstützung bei der Bearbeitung von Reklamationsfällen.
  • Optimierung: Identifikation von standortübergreifenden Optimierungspotenzialen innerhalb der Wertschöpfungskette.
Ihr Profil:
  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Berufserfahrung im Bereich Logistikmanagement, Auftragsabwicklung oder Vertriebsinnendienst, idealerweise in einem stahlverarbeitenden Unternehmen.
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft Office und SAP R/3.
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse.
  • Ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung gepaart mit technischem Verständnis und Kommunikationsstärke.
  • Organisationstalent mit strukturierter Arbeitsweise und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit in interdisziplinären Teams.
