Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced IT professional to lead the transformation of our digital healthcare infrastructure. As the Head of IT, you will drive strategic and hands-on IT initiatives, ensuring robust and secure systems that meet regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, manage, and evolve IT infrastructure across multiple locations, aligning with our digital healthcare vision.
  • Oversee IT security, collaborating with the regulatory team to ensure compliance with industry best practices.
  • Build and manage an IT team, incorporating internal and external resources to support reliable IT operations.
  • Collaborate with development teams to deliver digital healthcare products and services.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in managing complex IT infrastructures, with expertise in Microsoft 365, endpoint management, and network management.
  • Hands-on experience in deploying and optimizing IT systems and security solutions.
  • Proficient in information security, specifically ISO 27001, with a proven track record of implementing IT security solutions.
  • Knowledge in Veeam, Intune, and various security tools.
  • Fluent German (C1) and English (C1), with a strong motivation to innovate within healthcare.
