About the Role:

We are searching for an exceptional candidate with a passion for continuous learning and a drive to make a meaningful impact. As a Chief Innovation Catalyst, you will play a pivotal role in driving projects that explore new business opportunities, contributing to the development of our strategic initiatives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to transform creative ideas into actionable solutions.

In this challenging yet rewarding position, you will be responsible for:

  • Collaborating closely with the founding team to develop and launch new business areas from scratch
  • Identifying, evaluating, and proposing strategic growth opportunities and untapped market potentials
  • Conducting in-depth analyses and preparing comprehensive decision-making frameworks for the founding team
  • Developing innovative strategies and actionable proposals to elevate our operations and expand our market presence
  • Overseeing and optimizing the execution of marketing campaigns, tracking performance metrics, and ensuring alignment with business goals
  • Driving company growth by supporting and leading cross-departmental initiatives and fostering collaboration within and across teams
  • Continuously scouting for new trends and technologies to keep our offerings at the forefront of the logistics and IT sectors

About You:

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in management, information technology, logistics, sales and marketing, or a related field, with above-average academic results
  • Exceptional time management, prioritization, and multitasking abilities
  • A fast learner with excellent analytical capabilities and a structured approach to work
  • Proficient in written and spoken communication in both German and English

Prior experience in startups, consulting firms, or other fast-paced environments, particularly in logistics, business development, or finance, would be advantageous.
