About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled IT Infrastructure Specialist to join our team at Freudenberg. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing end-user support for our production sites and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with colleagues to deliver IT end-user support for our production sites
- Configure, deploy, manage, and troubleshoot PCs, mobile devices, printers, and other IT equipment
- Contribute to local, regional, and global IT projects, staying up-to-date with technological innovations and digital transformation
- Administer local IT infrastructure and applications, complementing our IT services
- Advise global users on the effective use of our digital workplace tools and apps, and conduct training sessions
- Manage external service providers for IT service delivery
Requirements
- Completed university degree in business administration, business informatics, or vocational training in the IT field
- Minimum 5 years of practical experience in IT support or administration
- Solid knowledge of PC hardware, Microsoft software, and networking, with certifications an advantage
- Strong organizational skills and independent working style
- Excellent communication skills and service orientation
- Fluent German and very good English language skills
