About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Infrastructure Specialist to join our team at Freudenberg. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing end-user support for our production sites and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with colleagues to deliver IT end-user support for our production sites
  • Configure, deploy, manage, and troubleshoot PCs, mobile devices, printers, and other IT equipment
  • Support local, regional, and global IT projects, staying up-to-date with technological innovations and digital transformation
  • Administer local IT infrastructure and applications, complementing our IT services
  • Advise global users on the effective use of our digital workplace tools and apps
  • Manage external service providers for IT service delivery

Requirements

  • University degree in business administration, business informatics, or vocational training in the IT field
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in IT support or administration
  • Solid knowledge of PC hardware, Microsoft software, and networking, with certifications an advantage
  • Strong organizational skills and independent working style
  • Excellent communication skills and service orientation
  • Fluent German and very good English language skills
