Supply Officer (m/f/d)

AERO HighProfessionals is a specialized personnel service provider with renowned clients within the aerospace industry. We are currently looking for a Supply Officer (m/f/d) for a leading aircraft manufacturer located in Hamburg.

Your Tasks

  • Transport process definition and adaptation, as well as network creation between entities
  • Use transport apps for suppliers and analyze and manage improvement for all flows
  • Work with the management team in the development of new processes and perform additional tasks as directed by management
  • Coordinate transport processes and create specifications to meet internal customer requirements and control service providers
  • Validate change requests and ad-hoc service requests and manage complaints and claims
  • Support and plan preparations of capital expenditures

Your Qualifications

  • A successfully completed education as freight forwarding clerk or degree in supply chain/logistics or business administration
  • Work experience and knowledge in customer service, supplier management, supply chain, and transportation
  • Application knowledge in Google Workspace
  • Willingness to travel
  • Business fluent language skills in English and German
