Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Intern to join our team. As an HR Business Partner Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of our HR department, including employee onboarding, data management, and recruitment coordination. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR and develop your skills in a dynamic and international setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support HR operational tasks, including employee lifecycle management and data maintenance
  • Update and manage employee and applicant data in our HR management tool Personio
  • Coordinate recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews and corresponding with applicants
  • Contribute to process improvements and assist in various HR projects
  • Support employer branding initiatives, including social media and career fairs
Requirements
  • Enrolled as a student in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • Strong interest in HR and previous experience desired
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn new tools quickly
  • Structured and detail-oriented work style, with a motivation to learn and grow
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with fluency in English and German
