Wir suchen einen engagierten Data Analyst (m/w/d) für unser Unternehmen PALTRON GmbH. Als Teil unseres Data Analytics und Commercial Steering Teams werden Sie eine entscheidende Rolle bei der Preisgestaltung und -kalkulation spielen.

Aufgaben
  • Wir erwarten von Ihnen, dass Sie anspruchsvolle Preiskalkulationen durchführen und diese für Preisanpassungs- sowie Abschlagsanpassungskampagnen bereitstellen, um die dynamischen Marktstrategien effektiv zu unterstützen.
  • Als Data Analyst werden Sie eine entscheidende Rolle bei der Preisgestaltung für Bestandskunden spielen, indem Sie maßgeschneiderte Preiskalkulationen für Kampagnentarife entwickeln und implementieren, um Kundenbindung und -zufriedenheit zu fördern.
  • Wir erwarten von Ihnen, dass Sie die Führung bei der Entwicklung und Anpassung des Kalkulationstools & PAK-Planungstools übernehmen, die Forecast-, Prognose- und Planungsprozesse verbessern und die stetige Erweiterung von Auswertungen sicherstellen, inklusive der Erstellung von Berichten mittels eigener SQL-Abfragen und dem Sourcing von Rohdaten aus dem Data Warehouse.
  • Als Experte für ad-hoc Analysen werden Sie wichtige Erkenntnisse durch die Aufbereitung und Analyse unverarbeiteter Daten generieren und damit strategische Entscheidungen und die Optimierung von Kundenkampagnen unterstützen.
Profil
  • Wir erwarten von Ihnen, dass Sie ein abgeschlossenes Hoch- oder Fachschulstudium mit einem Schwerpunkt in Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Mathematik, Statistik, Wirtschaftsmathematik oder einer vergleichbaren Ausbildung besitzen.
  • Als erfahrener Data Analyst sollten Sie Kenntnisse im Umgang mit entsprechenden Tools besitzen, idealerweise auch im Bereich Pricing.
  • Wir erwarten von Ihnen, dass Sie fundierte Kenntnisse in SQL besitzen und Erfahrung im Umgang mit unterschiedlichen Datenquellen sowie aggregierten Daten haben.
  • Als Data Analyst sollten Sie in der Lage sein, komplexe Daten in handlungsorientierte Erkenntnisse zu übersetzen, dank Ihrer starken analytischen Fähigkeiten.
  • Wir erwarten von Ihnen, dass Sie ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, Teamorientierung und selbstständige Arbeitsweise besitzen.
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse C1 sind erforderlich.
