In this position, you will:

  • Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle
  • Take the lead in evaluating and aligning candidates
  • Coordinate job placements for chosen candidates
  • Work in collaboration with internal teams and external collaborators
  • Establish quality benchmarks and refine recruitment methodologies
