Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Technical Atlassian Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience configuring and working with various Atlassian tools, building tailored solutions across different modules within the Atlassian platform. Candidates with a background in IT Service Management (ITSM) or experience as a Scrum Master are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and configure Atlassian tools to meet customer requirements.
  • Develop custom solutions and integrations across various Atlassian modules.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide expert guidance.
  • Participate in multiple projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Maintain and enhance existing Atlassian setups for continuous improvement.
  • Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in technical implementation and configuration of Atlassian tools.
  • Proven track record of building solutions across different Atlassian modules.
  • Strong "techy" background with 1+ years in ITSM or as a Scrum Master.
  • Fluent written and oral communication skills in German.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely from anywhere in Germany.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong customer-facing skills with the ability to manage client expectations.
