ServiceNow Consultant (German Speaking) - Remote Opportunity

Location: Remote

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated ServiceNow Consultant with proficiency in German and experience across multiple ServiceNow modules. In this fully remote position, you will collaborate with diverse clients, providing expert consultation, implementation, and support services to help them maximize the value of their ServiceNow platform. Your role will be crucial in ensuring that clients' ServiceNow implementations align with their business needs and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into effective ServiceNow solutions.
  • Lead or assist in the design, development, and deployment of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, HRSD, ITOM, ITBM, CSM, SecOps, and others.
  • Provide expert guidance on the integration of ServiceNow with other enterprise systems.
  • Customize and configure ServiceNow applications based on client needs, including workflows, UI customization, and report/dashboard creation.
  • Develop and implement custom scripts and integrations to enhance platform capabilities.
  • Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting for clients, ensuring the stability and optimal performance of their ServiceNow environment.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops to empower clients to effectively use and manage their ServiceNow platform.
  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and client expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow features, modules, and industry trends.
  • Provide recommendations for platform enhancements and process improvements to clients.

Required Qualifications:

  • Fluent in German (both written and spoken).
  • Proficient in English (both written and spoken).
  • Extensive experience with ServiceNow platform, including hands-on experience with multiple modules such as ITSM, HRSD, ITOM, ITBM, CSM, SecOps, etc.
  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, GlideScript), workflows, and integrations.
  • Familiarity with web technologies (HTML, CSS, XML, REST/SOAP) and enterprise IT infrastructure.
  • Experience:
  • 3+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Consultant or in a similar role.
  • Proven experience in successfully delivering ServiceNow implementations and configurations for various clients.
  • Experience working remotely with clients and managing projects in a distributed environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and team members.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work independently in a remote setting.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) or other relevant certifications.
  • Experience in Agile project management methodologies.
  • Knowledge of ITIL or other IT service management frameworks.
