Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain our knowledge management systems, ensuring seamless collaboration and information sharing across teams.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, driving efficiency and productivity.
  • Design and implement training programs to enhance knowledge sharing and adoption.
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for knowledge management innovation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Confluence, with experience in knowledge management tools a plus.
