Project Manager for Service Management Solutions

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical IT Project Manager to join our team at USU Solutions DACH. As a key member of our implementation team, you will be responsible for planning, controlling, and monitoring large projects related to the implementation of the USU Service Management Suite.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project planning and management, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
  • Leading cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
  • Coordinating with customers to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions
  • Developing and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and quality
  • Managing project risks and issues, and developing mitigation strategies
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives

Requirements:

  • Relevant degree in IT or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Proven track record of project management experience, preferably in service management
  • Strong technical skills, including experience with databases and applications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Fluency in German and English, with the ability to communicate complex technical information
  • Ability to travel regularly, with a valid driver's license
