Job Summary

BitGo is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Digital Assets Market Leader to lead our Germany operations. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive strategic plan aligned with our parent company's goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategic plan to drive business growth and success in the digital assets industry.
  • Lead the Front Office units (Sales, Product, and Operations) and mentor a high-performing team.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with high-profile clients and deliver tailored crypto custody solutions.
  • Ensure successful execution of projects and deals, overseeing pricing, negotiations, and execution.
  • Stay updated on market trends, industry developments, and regulatory changes, leveraging expertise to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
  • Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities within the German digital assets market and explore strategic partnerships and initiatives to expand our presence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred).
  • Experience in a leadership role 5+ years within the financial services sector.
  • Proven ability to manage client relationships and execute high-level deals.
  • Proficiencies in the finance industry in custodian, securities, or investment business, ideally in digital assets/cryptocurrency markets, with noticeable problem-solving and self-starter skills.
  • Excellent communication (in English and German) and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with regulators and stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented approach to business leadership.
