About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager (m/w/i) to join our New Construction Department at ProPotsdam GmbH. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of various construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Organize and coordinate project activities, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget
  • Collaborate with project teams, stakeholders, and external partners to achieve project goals
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets
  • Monitor and control project progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
  • Manage and maintain project documentation, including reports, records, and databases
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers
  • Provide guidance and support to junior team members
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, architecture, or project management
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in the construction industry
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of project management tools and software
