Die Tschudi Logistics Group hat vor Kurzem ihre Präsenz in Europa mit der Eröffnung unseres neuen Standorts in der Region Berlin erweitert. Wir suchen einen proaktiven und erfahrenen Project Logistics Manager (m/w/d) für unser wachsendes Team, um das operative Geschäft in diesem spannenden Markt voranzutreiben.

Beschreibung der Tätigkeit:

Als Project Logistics Manager in Potsdam-Babelsberg spielen Sie eine zentrale Rolle bei der Durchführung verschiedener Logistikaktivitäten in diesem neuen Markt. Sie bieten unseren Kunden einen außergewöhnlichen Service, steigern die betriebliche Effizienz und sorgen für nahtlose Logistiklösungen.

Wichtigste Aufgaben:

· Sie koordinieren die Transportabläufe im Projekt und sorgen für die Einhaltung von Qualitätsstandards, Sicherheitsprotokollen und Kundenanforderungen.

· Sie arbeiten mit den weltweiten Niederlassungen und Partnern zusammen, um Logistiklösungen zu optimieren und eine effiziente Projektdurchführung sicherzustellen.

· Terminplanung der Sendungen mit Kunden und unseren Dienstleistern.

· Prüfung von Eingangsrechnungen und Rechnungsstellung an den Kunden.

· Gelegentlich, aber nicht häufig, sind Reisen zur Ladeüberwachung vor Ort erforderlich.

Wir suchen:

Wir suchen eine Fachkraft mit fundierten Kenntnissen im Bereich Projektlogistik und -management. Der ideale Kandidat verfügt über folgende Eigenschaften:

· Mindestens 2 Jahre nachgewiesene Erfahrung in der Logistik, insbesondere in der Seeschifffahrt, die Stückgut-, Container- und Schwertransporte umfasst.

· Unternehmerisches Denken mit der Fähigkeit, Wachstum und Innovation voranzutreiben und die Punkte für umfassende Lösungen zu verbinden.

· Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations- und Problemlösungsfähigkeiten.

· Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sind zwingend erforderlich, eine weitere Sprache ist von Vorteil.
