Job Title: IT System Engineer

We are seeking an experienced IT System Engineer to join our Collaboration Services Section at Hyundai AutoEver Europe GmbH. As an IT System Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support, building out, maintaining, and troubleshooting our infrastructure (Microsoft 365 & On-Premises System Operation).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Processing Service Request Tickets
  • Communicating with local IT/HR/Legal/Security teams in each subsidiary
  • Supporting related projects such as service integration
  • Preparing documentation in English regarding System/Service/Setup/Configuration/Policy/etc
  • Handling all tasks required by the Security Guide and the EU GDPR
Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Computer Science or a comparable qualification
  • ~MS Exchange 2010/2016/2019 (DAG, Array, DB, Hybrid, etc)
  • ~3+ years of professional experience in Microsoft Office 365 Administration
  • ~Excellent know-how of M365 services (AzureAD, AADC, EXO, Teams, SPO, Hybrid Env, etc), AD (GPO, LDAP, Security, Delegation/RBAC, Multi Domain Env, etc) and identity Management/Integration (WorkDay, SAP, etc)
  • ~Hands-on PKI Infra (CA, Certificate), DNS Infra, and AntiSpam Systems (TrendMicro IMSVA, SMEX)
  • ~Good documentation skills and excellent English skills written and spoken
  • ~Linux Administration, MS SQL (Administration, T-SQL), BIND
