Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Infrastructure and Security Manager to join our team at Hyundai. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining medium-complexity storage, data center, network, and client/server environments. Your expertise will ensure that our IT infrastructure aligns with industry best practices and serves as a third-line point of escalation for global infrastructure issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Security Management: Implement and maintain security measures, such as firewalls, anti-virus, and intrusion detection systems.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement IT infrastructure strategies aligned with our organization's goals.
  • System Management: Oversee the maintenance, upgrading, and management of all IT systems and infrastructure, including servers, networks, storage, and databases.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage the IT infrastructure and security budget.
  • Leadership and Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop IT staff, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of cumulative experience in IT, with a significant focus on IT infrastructure management and cybersecurity within EU.
  • 5-7 years of experience in designing, implementing, and managing IT infrastructure components such as networks (LAN/WAN), servers (Windows, Linux/Unix), virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V), and storage systems.
  • 5-7 years of hands-on experience in cybersecurity roles, including knowledge and skills in risk management, security operations, incident response, and compliance.
  • 2-3 years of experience in a managerial or leadership role, overseeing teams responsible for IT infrastructure and security operations.
  • Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) certification.
