Global Product Development Manager

LEWA GmbH, a leading manufacturer of intelligent dosing solutions for a sustainable future, is seeking an experienced Product Manager to join its global team.
With over 70 years of experience in developing innovative products, we are now looking for a talented individual who can help drive our business forward.
Job Description:
- Analyze market trends and develop a clear product strategy to drive business growth
- Conduct thorough market analysis to understand current and future customer needs
- Prepare business cases, including market potential and commercial evaluations
- Develop technical product specifications in collaboration with Sales, R&D, Supply Chain, and Finance teams
- Collaborate closely with development teams to deliver products according to the roadmap
- Monitor and continuously improve product performance based on feedback and performance metrics
- Support marketing and sales activities by developing training materials and supporting campaigns
- Present and pitch projects to the Management Team
Requirements:
- University degree with a track record of good economic and technical understanding
- Solid background in product management, technical sales, or project management
- Fluent in English and preferably German, other languages are an asset

Salary: €80,000 - €100,000 per year, depending on experience
