Our Mission

We aim to enable individuals to create a better tomorrow by promoting entrepreneurship and innovation. As a Marketing Working Student, you will be part of a dynamic team that sets the goal to grow a vibrant learning community of entrepreneurial and innovative students, scientists, founders, and corporate innovators.

Your Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement engaging content strategies for our LinkedIn page, including text, graphic content, and potentially video.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop, plan, and execute annual talent mobilization campaigns.
  • Work closely with the Academy team to develop and maintain a joint KPI dashboard, providing a transparent overview of our marketing performance.
  • Take on project leadership roles, such as managing the talent Instagram channel.
  • Gain hands-on experience and contribute to impactful projects within a supportive and innovative environment.
Your Profile
  • Students of all disciplines.
  • Effective and charming communication skills in English, with German being a plus.
  • Ability to think in an agile and customer-centric way, while approaching tasks in a structured and data-driven manner.
  • High affinity for all currently relevant social media channels and a good sense for target group-relevant topics and Gen Z interests and needs.
  • Creativity, an entrepreneurial mindset, and a can-do attitude.
  • Confident use of graphics programs such as Photoshop or Canva, desirable.
  • Interest in or first touchpoints with our innovation and startup ecosystem.
