About the Role

As a Maintenance Technician - Mechatronics Specialist at Amazon Fulfillment Germany GmbH, you will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our technical systems and equipment. You will be responsible for performing preventive maintenance tasks, troubleshooting and repairing equipment, and implementing process improvements to minimize downtime and optimize performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks on a variety of equipment and systems to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance
  • Conduct troubleshooting and repair activities to identify and resolve equipment issues
  • Implement process improvements and recommend changes to optimize equipment efficiency and reduce downtime
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of maintenance activities
  • Develop and maintain documentation and records of maintenance activities and equipment performance

Requirements
  • Completed technical training or apprenticeship in a relevant field (e.g. mechatronics, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a maintenance or technical role
  • Experience with industrial equipment and systems, including troubleshooting and repair
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
