Wir suchen einen Operations Specialist, der sich auf die Optimierung von IT-Prozessen und die Analyse von Daten spezialisiert hat. Wenn du eine analytische Denkweise und eine Affinität zu IT-Tools hast, bist du bei uns genau richtig.

Deine Aufgaben:
  • Du sammelst und analysierst Prozessdaten, um Verbesserungspotenziale zu identifizieren.
  • Du kontrollierst und optimierst den Einsatz von IT-Tools, um die Effizienz zu steigern.
  • Du leitest Projekte zur Verbesserung der datenbasierten Entscheidungsfindung im gesamten Unternehmen.
  • Du arbeitest mit agilen Coaches, Entwicklungsteams und IT-Administratoren zusammen, um zusätzliche organisatorische Fähigkeiten zu ermöglichen.
  • Du unterstützt unsere Führungskräfte bei der Umsetzung von Strategien und Verfahren.
Was du benötigst:
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder ähnlicher Fachrichtungen oder Ausbildung mit vergleichbarer Berufserfahrung.
  • Erfahrung in der Leitung von datengestützten Projekten zur Verbesserung von Instrumenten und Prozessen.
  • Erfahrung in der Verwaltung von Atlassian-Produkten.
  • Fortgeschrittene MS Excel-Kenntnisse.
  • Grundlegendes Verständnis von Data Science.
  • Grundlegendes Verständnis von Geschäftsabläufen und operativem Controlling.
  • Grundkenntnisse des Softwareentwicklungszyklus und der agilen Softwareentwicklung.
  • Kenntnisse in der Skripterstellung mit Python (Authentifizierung, API-Abfragen, ETL-Pipelines, ...) wären wünschenswert.
  • Du bist ein proaktiver Kommunikator, mit starken analytischen Fähigkeiten und hast eine Liebe zum Detail.
  • Verhandlungssicher in Deutsch und Englisch (mindestens C1).
