About the Role

As a Senior Data Center Critical Facilities Engineer at Equinix, you will be responsible for maintaining critical facilities infrastructure as part of a close-knit team delivering best-in-class service to our data center customers. Key Responsibilities

  • Perform specialized preventative and corrective maintenance on-site to critical facility components and/or systems.
  • Monitor the Building Monitoring System (BMS) and resolve alarms for specialized issues requiring considerable judgement and implications to resolve.
  • Operate and maintain plumbing, fire suppression, and life-safety systems.
  • Implement energy efficiency measures.
  • Assist team members on coordinating critical infrastructures.

Requirements

  • Proven years of experience.
  • High School Diploma.
