Die HHL Leipzig Graduate School of Management sucht einen engagierten Projektmanager für Startup-Inkubation, der die Entwicklung innovativer Geschäftsmodelle im Rahmen des „HHL DIGITAL SPACE“ aktiv unterstützt.

Der „HHL DIGITAL SPACE – The HHL Digital Transformation Platform“ ist ein einzigartiger Inkubator mit Fokus auf digitale Geschäftsmodelle. Dieser innovative Ort am Campus der HHL verbindet Kompetenzen in Unternehmertum und Technologie, um Gründerteams aus Studierenden und externen Gründern sowie Unternehmen bei ihrer digitalen Transformation zu begleiten.

Deine Aufgaben:
  • Du begleitest die Entwicklung von Ideen zu Geschäftsmodellen durch tägliche Interaktionen und Coaching mit unseren Gründerteams & Startups im Inkubationsprogramm.
  • Du unterstützt die Teams in allen Phasen der Gründung, z.B. bei der Ideenfindung, MVP-Entwicklung und der Ansprache potenzieller Partner und Investoren.
  • Du entwickelst eigenständig Eventformate und Inhalte, kümmerst dich um deren Ausgestaltung, Vorbereitung und Nachbereitung.
  • Die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der Programmangebote auf Basis datengetriebener Analysen liegt ebenfalls in deinem Verantwortungsbereich.
Dein Profil:
  • Du hast dein Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder einer verwandten Disziplin erfolgreich abgeschlossen.
  • Du verfügst über praktische Erfahrungen im Bereich Inkubation oder Gründerförderung von Startups, idealerweise eigene Gründungserfahrung sowie ein Verständnis für das Startup-Ökosystem.
  • Optional verfügst du über praktische Erfahrungen im Bereich Unternehmensberatung oder Corporate Innovation.
  • Du hast eine strukturierte und effiziente Arbeitsweise und behältst stets das große Ganze im Blick.
  • Du begeisterst mit frischen Ideen, bist proaktiv und überzeugst durch deinen lösungsorientierten Arbeitsstil mit starker Kundenorientierung sowie deiner Umsetzungsstärke.
  • Eine begeisterungsfähige Persönlichkeit mit hoher Kommunikationsfähigkeit in deutscher und englischer Sprache sowie überzeugende Präsentationsfähigkeiten runden dein Profil ab.
