HR & Culture Manager (1 year parental leave cover)

Job Title: HR & Culture Manager (1 year parental leave cover)We are seeking a highly skilled HR & Culture Manager to join our team on a parental leave cover basis. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing recruitment strategies, identifying top talent, and supporting the growth of our team members to utilize their skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, conduct interviews, and collaborate with department leads on hiring decisions
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes
- Be in the lead of all HR administrative work
- Carry out and document quarterly and yearly feedback sessions
- Assist in developing individual career paths for employees and support them in reaching their career goals
- Assist in coordinating and carrying out all team events throughout the year, including budgeting and post-event tasks
- +2 years of working experience in HR
- Strong ability to maintain confidentiality
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- You have profound experience with HR software
- Very good English and German communication skills (writing + speaking)
- You are based in Munich
- Knowledge of employment laws and market salary trends
- Additional languages (Croatian, Spanish writing + speaking)
