Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining strategic relationships with our key customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and grow revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and preferences
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop proposals to present to customers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
Requirements
  • Proven experience in key account management, sales, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of business development principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Fluency in English and German (additional languages a plus)
