Chief Financial Officer for Digital Transformation

E.ON is seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer to lead its digital transformation efforts. This role will be responsible for driving the company's financial strategy and implementing innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a comprehensive financial strategy aligned with E.ON's business objectives.
- Leverage data analytics to identify areas of improvement and implement process optimizations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new financial systems and processes.
- Manage budgets and financial resources to ensure optimal use of company funds.
- Maintain relationships with senior leadership, stakeholders, and external partners.
- Masters degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in finance, with a focus on digital transformation.
- Strong leadership skills, with ability to guide teams and drive change.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Fluency in English, with proficiency in German a plus.
- A competitive salary of €120,000 - €180,000 per year.
