Laboratory Operations Director

CSL Plasma GmbH is seeking an experienced Associate Director to lead our Laboratory Operations team in Göttingen.
Job Summary:The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing plans to ensure timely receipt, testing, and release of samples, while maintaining compliance with regulatory agencies.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve laboratory efficiency and productivity.
- Lead and coordinate projects to enhance laboratory infrastructure and facilities.
- Collaborate with IT, HR, Finance, QA/Compliance, and Engineering Services to drive business initiatives.
- Manage employee performance and engagement through regular feedback, coaching, and annual appraisals.
- University degree in Business or Science.
- Masters degree in Sciences preferred.
- At least 10 years of progressive experience in laboratory management, leading personnel, and working in matrixed organizations.
- Lean Management and Quality and GMP skills.
- Good IT skills and cost awareness.
- Fluent in German and English.
