Digital Marketing Strategist

Westwing Home & Living is seeking a talented Digital Marketing Strategist to lead our Search Engine Advertising (SEA) efforts across all countries. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive SEA strategy that drives growth and profitability. Your primary goal will be to create an exceptional customer experience while fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration within our organization. To achieve this, you will lead our SEA agency and work closely with internal teams, including Graphics, Product Marketing, and Marketing Analytics, to ensure seamless alignment of strategies and objectives. This role is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and fast-paced environment, where you will have the chance to make a significant impact on our business. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Identifying and developing new processes to enhance performance and efficiency within the SEA channel
* Launching new Search and Shopping campaigns from scratch for new countries and continuously improving existing search campaigns, including ad copy optimization, target definition, and asset improvements
* Designing incrementality tests to prove the value of Paid Search
* Collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders on global and multi-channel campaigns
To succeed in this role, you will need to have:
* 2+ years of extensive SEA experience within an e-commerce environment
* Solid analytical, conceptual, and strategic thinking skills
* Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
* Passion for performance marketing and a desire to push our SEA channel to the next level
* Fluency in English and in one other European language
