Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Strategist to join our team in Munich. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for driving consistent growth on key platforms, managing significant ad budgets, and leveraging automation to optimize performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute growth strategies to boost Carly's advertising accounts and diversify customer acquisition across markets.
  • Collaborate with video editors to create captivating ads that stand out and drive engagement.
  • Orchestrate performance across the entire funnel, from acquisition channels to website dynamics, to maximize ROI.
  • Support the optimization of our TikTok and Facebook Ads impact while playing a key role in coordinating a cross-platform advertising strategy for an impactful presence across all channels.
  • Drive innovation by finding and automating intersections between our Business Efficiency and Paid Social KPIs.
  • Analyze and interpret insights, track performance, and redefine possibilities in the dynamic landscape of digital advertising.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of proven experience in social media advertising, mainly on META/TikTok and in an eCommerce and/or B2C environment; other channels are a plus.
  • Strong technical understanding of daily hands-on campaign management.
  • Analytical mindset, passionate about KPIs, desire to dive deep to understand daily campaign performance and report accordingly.
  • Flexible, hands-on team player that takes on new challenges in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and well-organized to handle several priorities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Fluent in English; any other language is a plus.
