We are seeking a skilled IT professional to join our team at GULP – experts united as an IT System Administrator. This role involves installing and maintaining hardware and software, as well as ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Installation and maintenance of server and client systems
- Administration and technical support of the Microsoft-based system landscape
- Ensuring the smooth operation of IT-based operations
- First-level support for users on site
- Support and maintenance of the ERP system and connected systems and interfaces
- Conception and development of IT security measures
- Support for the telephone system and telecommunications devices
Requirements:
- Completed training in the IT sector or comparable training/studies with several years of professional experience
- Experience in database administration (MySQL, MS SQL Server) and data warehousing
- Excellent knowledge of Windows Server/Exchange/Office, including macro creation and Windows client management
- Good written and spoken German skills
- Solution-oriented approach to work and a service mindset
