About the Position

This is a rare opportunity to take an already high-performing influencer marketing department to the next level. You will lead and expand our passionate team, collaborating with performance-focused creators who align with our brand values. The goal is to acquire new customers, increase net revenue, and boost brand awareness throughout the DACH region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage our high-performing Influencer Marketing team of 4 (and growing) and support them in their professional growth
  • Own a monthly 6-figure budget to reach our influencer marketing DACH performance goals, making data-driven decisions to maximize performance and reporting
  • Develop and implement an influencer marketing vision to facilitate the acquisition of new customers and retention of existing ones across Youtube, Twitch, Instagram, TikTok, Podcasts, and new channels
  • Build long-lasting performance-based relationships with large influencers and the most relevant agencies that align with our brand values
  • Work closely with other departments such as brand, performance, and CRM to align influencer marketing efforts with overall company goals and initiatives
About You
  • You have a proven ability in influencer marketing, particularly within a D2C environment, with a deep understanding of the influencer landscape, including different content niches on various channels, particularly in the DACH region
  • You are a leader with a proven experience leading a high-performing team of at least 4 people and are passionate about supporting your team members' professional growth
  • You are strategic, with a proven ability to develop and implement effective influencer marketing strategies, making data-driven decisions to optimize spending and performance
  • You are a relationship builder, with a proven ability to establish and maintain positive, productive relationships with creators and agencies that align with brand values
  • You are a collaborator, with exceptional communication skills that enable you to effectively collaborate with internal teams and departments, fostering a unified approach to influencer marketing strategies that align with overarching company goals and initiatives
  • You have an established network in influencer marketing, encompassing creators and agencies within the DACH region, particularly those with audiences that are male-leaning, aged 25-44, and have a digital affinity
  • Language proficiency: Fluency in English and German is a must, with any other EU languages being a plus
