About the Position

This is a rare opportunity to take our already high-performing influencer marketing department to the next level. You'll lead and expand our passionate team, collaborating with performance-focused creators who align with our brand values.

The goal is to acquire new customers, increase net revenue, and boost brand awareness throughout the DACH region. You'll own a monthly 6-figure budget, making data-driven decisions to maximize performance and reporting.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage our high-performing Influencer Marketing team of 4 (and growing) and support them in their professional growth
  • Own a monthly 6-figure budget to reach our influencer marketing DACH performance goals including data-driven decisions making to maximize performance and reporting
  • Develop and implement an influencer marketing vision to facilitate the acquisition of new customers and retention of existing ones across Youtube, Twitch, Instagram, TikTok, Podcasts and new channels
  • Build long-lasting performance-based relationships with large influencers and the most relevant agencies which align with our brand values
  • Work closely with other departments such as brand, performance and CRM to align influencer marketing efforts with overall company goals and initiatives
About You

We're looking for someone with a proven ability in influencer marketing, particularly within a D2C environment. You should understand the influencer landscape, including different content niches on different channels, particularly in the DACH region.

You'll be a leader, with a proven experience leading a high-performing team of at least 4 people. You'll be passionate about supporting your team members' professional growth.

You'll be strategic, with a proven ability to develop and implement effective influencer marketing strategies. You'll know how to make data-driven decisions to optimize spending and performance.

You'll be a relationship builder, with a proven ability to establish and maintain positive, productive relationships with creators and agencies that align with brand values.

You'll be a collaborator, with exceptional communication skills that enable you to effectively collaborate with internal teams and departments.

Language proficiency: Fluency in English and German is a must. Any other EU languages are a plus.

The Process

We'll have a 30-minute screening interview to get to know you better. If you're a good fit, we'll invite you for a case study, followed by a 60-minute session with our founder and CMO Phil. Finally, you'll meet our stellar team and founders for a final check.
