Flight Dynamics Engineer

GMV is seeking a highly skilled Flight Dynamics Engineer to join our team for ESA interplanetary satellites. As a key member of our flight dynamics team, you will be responsible for supporting operations and software maintenance of ESA flight dynamics systems for trajectory analysis and optimization, and AOCS command generation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the development and maintenance of flight dynamics systems for ESA interplanetary satellites.
  • Collaborate with the flight dynamics team to ensure the successful operation of ESA flight dynamics systems.
  • Develop and implement software solutions for trajectory analysis and optimization, and AOCS command generation.
  • Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless integration of flight dynamics systems with other ESA systems.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of linear algebra, numerical methods, and classical mechanics.
  • Proficiency in C++ programming language.
  • Experience with software scripting in Python or Shell is a plus.
