About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team in the Automation Technology department. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning and executing complex automation projects for pharmaceutical plants. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the successful delivery of projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Execution: Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage cross-functional teams, including software, project, and development teams, to achieve project objectives.
  • Customer Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing technical expertise and support throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance project efficiency and quality.
  • Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and operations teams, to ensure seamless project execution.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Technical Expertise: A degree in Automation Technology, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Science, with a strong understanding of SPS and HMI programming.
  • Project Management Experience: Proven experience in project management, with a track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
  • Business Acumen: A strong understanding of business principles and practices, with the ability to analyze complex business problems and develop effective solutions.
