Wir suchen einen motivierten und engagierten IT-Support-Spezialisten, der sich auf die technische Betreuung unserer Kunden konzentrieren möchte. Du wirst Teil unseres dynamischen Teams sein und gemeinsam mit uns die Herausforderungen des IT-Bereichs meistern.

Deine Aufgaben
  • Technischer Support für unsere Kunden in bequemen Schichtdiensten
  • Monitoring und Auswertung technischer Daten
  • Direkte Gespräche mit unseren Mitarbeitern vor Ort
  • Verantwortung für einen reibungslosen Betrieb gemäß unseren Service-Level-Agreements
  • Kooperation mit unserem DevOps-Team zur Weiterentwicklung unserer technischen Infrastruktur
  • Erstellung von technischen Dokumentationen und Organisation von Schulungen für unsere Mitarbeiter

  • Du hast Erfahrung im Umgang mit Ticketsystemen und im IT-Bereich
  • Du bist zuverlässig, teamfähig und hast ein souveränes Auftreten
  • Du bist an der Weiterentwicklung von Virtual Reality-Technologien interessiert
  • Du hast Deutsch als Muttersprache und bist in Wort und Schrift fließend
